Terms of use

The site shows my work and lets you ask me for a proposal. You may browse it, read it, share links to it and send an enquiry.

Please don’t try to disrupt the site, send automated or promotional messages through it, or enter someone else’s details in the form without their permission.

The text, design, code, logo and illustrations on the site are mine. You may quote short passages with a link back to the site; any other use needs written permission.

Project screenshots belong to the projects’ owners and are shown with their permission. Screens taken from systems show demo data, and say so next to them.

A link to a demo is marked as a demo, and the data in it is not real. Links to client sites and to other services, such as WhatsApp, lead to sites I don’t control, and using them is subject to their own terms.

Sending an enquiry doesn’t create an engagement or bind either side. The written proposal that follows is the basis for working together, and the engagement itself is set out in a separate, signed agreement.

I take care that the information on the site is accurate and current and that the site works, but it may contain mistakes or be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for damage caused by using the site or by relying on what it says.

How information given on the site is collected and kept is described in the privacy policy, and what makes the site accessible is described in the accessibility statement. Both are linked at the foot of every page.

These terms and the use of the site are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.

These terms may change. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last updated, and the version on the site is the one that applies.
